FOUNDER
The Stevens Group was founded in 1985 in Aspen, Colorado by Tom Stevens. I am on a mission to provide responsible and feasible consulting services to our clients.
Tom Stevens, Owner and Founder in 1985, specializing in Affordable Housing Development, Land Planning and Landscape Architecture, Construction Management and Owner's Representative.
Tom graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture and Art in 1978. He also attended Utah State University, College of Arts and Humanities, and graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning.
Tom's other Partnership endeavors include Studio 3 Land Co., LLC, Rocky Mountain Infrastructure, SilverLode Real Estate and Aspen Design Group. He was also Vice-President of Village Homes of Colorado and an Associate at Design Workshop, Aspen.
Tom arrived in Aspen in the early 1980's as a Landscape Architect and an accomplished road bike racer. He has evolved into racing downhill moutain bikes and is always on the lookout for the next race. His infectious love for riding has been passed thru DNA to his kids - Sam is now a Professional Downhill Mountain Bike Racer and has traveled the world following his dreams.
