  • Our role:      As Developer our role included obtaining private financing, land acquisition,                preparation of a feasibility study and development programming, site planning, entitlements in         the City of Glenwood Springs, Project Management including construction management and real          estate sales.

 

One of our first developments as Owner, was the Cardiff Glen development in Glenwood

 

Springs. This project was one of the first in the valley to create an affordable housing 

 

development designed as Neo Traditional or New Urbanism. This project started in 1998 

 

and this 175 unit community was completed in 2006. Providing housing priced below the 

 

market average attracted a significant local market. Providing a project designed to offer 

 

a high quality life style, combined with Built Green efficient homes, created a highly 

 

desirable community.

  • Financing:            General Obligation Bond
  • Our role:              Project Management including the preparation of the feasibility study and  development programming, site planning, entitlements and construction  management.   The Town of Snowmass Village managed the process for buyer and renter qualifications to ensure compliance with housing guidelines.
