Mill St. Commercial Development

Moab, Utah

 

Master planning and design for 150 affordable housing units, 65 market rate lots, and fifty thousand square feet of commercial space.  Located on Mill Creek Road at the intersection with State Highway 131 and across the highway Master from the Utah State University satellite campus, the development program revolves around a central park, coffee shop/book store and amphitheater.

SGI provided all master planning and design for the property including collaboration with Reed or Reed Architects for affordable housing and commercial architectural design.

Cedar Hills Residential Development

Moab, Utah

 

This proposed residential development consisted of 36 units in Moab.  Situated near the commercial core of the community, this housing project will provide many opportunities for workforce housing.
